Packing & Weight Inspection

Every production batch is moisture-tested and ash-measured against fixed export thresholds. Batches outside spec are held and reworked — not shipped.

Burn tests are conducted per SKU, per batch. Results are logged against the buyer's specification before the packing order is confirmed.

Finished cartons are weighed, sealed, and inspected for labelling accuracy. No container is loaded until packing records match the export invoice.
